I have a very bad experience regarding the TATA SkY. I purchased LG TV from Rai Enterprises, Jalandhar on 3.11.2010 and I informed that TATA SKY dish is free with this product and the same will be installed at my residence within 24 hours. I send SMS to the TATA SKY on 4.11.2010 but till date i.e. 10.11.2010, no body approached me for the installation of TATA SKY personally.
One day I call the Cell Number provided to me by the LG Dealer and the Employee of TATA SKY informed me on telephone that we are not bothered with the facility provided by the LG T.V. If this behaviour is with the customer prior to install the Dish then what will do after install hte product.
