TATA is famous in India.. But TATA Indicom is not a a-TATA group company. you cannot think of getting a good connection at all. Most of the time internet is down.
In spite of repeated calls... But all in Vein, No service ... no communication... Its like .. Pay money and lose money. Especially the time that goes in follow up. We cannot earn.. Please donot go for indicom at any cost..I m already looking for other Service providers...
Statics:
In a month I complain at least 14 times.. Think how the service is .
My mobile bill is up by 500INR per Month .. Only long calls to 080-6600121..
3.A breakdown talkes 3 Days inspite of their commitment for 24 Hrs.
4.No Downtime credited---- only promises....
.Customer does not have any contact - Griviance redressall... He is Just a poor Fellow
Please .. again donot go for TATA Indicom
