I had tata docomo service previously on my handset but got pissed off due to their acts
At first it was fine like the call rates were okay and internet was doable there was persistent network issues but still doable.until one day I went for my usual recharge of internet but after recharge I found that the offer got changed suddenly without any prior message . The shop guy was also shocked as the tariff brochure had no change .
So I called tata docomo customer care and they said that they have distributed the updated brochure and nothing could be done .I said to cancel my recharge as I didn't use the data even one percent but they said it cannot be done .so I got frustrated and applied for portability into airtel .
