TashanIPTV is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have been very disappointed with the service as of late. Facing lots of issues with the box. Have had number of calls with the technical support team, repeated the same steps almost every single time without resolution. No one seems to find the root cause at all. Keep blaming the TV settings or the box itself. I have a 5 year subscription, but just found that have only one year warranty of the hardware/box - recommendation has been made to purchase a new box - as the box might be bad - overall very very disapointed with TashavTV - In addition to having to pay another$125, the other problem is that they really do not if that will fix the problem. I have recommended several customers that were looking for IPTV - but will not be doing it going forward, please look for other IPTV providers -
