I had taken a account in state bank of Travancore but unfortunately now it has been changed to state bank of India. The customer service by state bank is very bad. They take miney from our account for the service they give. Unfortunately I had surprised to hear that bank chaeges money if we deposit money into the bank more than 4 times in a month. For getting a demand draft we have to pay money which is higher than others. For sms service they take money. They have rised the minimum balance 2000 which a normal people can't afford. I never recommend this bank for anyone. I am not satisfied with this nationalised bank.
