Atleast he is lucky because he got something from Snapdeal. In my case I ordered a 25L V-Guard Geyser on 20th October and now I am under the mercy of Snapdeal.
I ordered this product for my aged relatives. Their geyser was not heating and they had to carry hot water bucket to the bathroom. I was really in need of it and got cheated by Snapdeal order SLA. Even after multiple STD calls(No toll free) and multiple promises my case is still not resolved. Snapdeal is neither cancelling the order nor delivering my product.
Now i am paying EMI to Snapdeal with interest for a product that I didn't receive!!!
The worst customer service ever received!!!Beware of snapdeal guys!!it's a fraudulent e-retail company.We have lost our money and there's been no response from snapdeal whatsoever.
