Very good e commerce site. My wife purchased a kurti and the product was delivered in three days. The size L which she ordered was delivered but she find that the fitting was not as per her requiement, then she requested for change to M size, it was picked up very next day and new size was delivered within three days.
This time she was not happy with the fabric, so we requested for refund and I was amazed that the kurti was picked up very next day and amount credited to my freecharge account very next day withoit asking any question. They must have incurred the loss in logistics cost but for them customer satisfaction is utmost importance. I will love to buy products from snaodeal eveytime. Delighted.
