I ordered corporate trousers for my sister from Snapdeal, it was not a value for money as it was of Rs.599 and had appearance different from what was shown on the website
Fabric was not smooth and it started to show sign of wear and tear within a month of use.
The delivery was late and was not well coordinated as well.If you plan to order something on some special occasion then dont go for snapdeal as your orders may get delayed.
Customer care is not upto the mark as support representatives blame sellers for poor customer experience.They have to understand that customer is not buying from seller.
We are buying from Snapdeal hence customer care executives should also take responsibility on behalf of the company.
