I purchased a philips study lamp during snapdeal home carnival. They offered 20% discount on MRP. However, the product was packed in a very bad shape. Inside the product packing was torn & packed with waste materials. Luckily the lamp was there however with multiple scratches. For refund/replacement snapdeal is asking for package snaps which I didn't take while opening. I suspect that snapdeal sells used products in the name of home carnival.
