Not for the Kazaa and Imesh Downloaders. Review on Sify Broadband Internet Connection

As the title suggests, Sfy Broadband, is not for the MP3, Movies, etc ... downloaders.

Sify Broadband, is for the Internet user, who wishes to log on to the Internet, to start and finish a particular job or research.

I have been using Sify's service since the last 1.5 years, and till date I am very satisfied. Although, it was much better earlier, keeping in mind, that Unlimited Download was granted to the users.

Well, now, I am using the slowest speed they offer @ Rs. 800 per month, for a 3wKB connection, and 1 GB download.

I am using this service in my office, wherein the Internet is on, from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M., and that also connected with 3 PC's. We download, chat, Video-Conference, Browse, etc ... and still at the end of the month, our usage is not more that 750 MB.

Which is absolutely fantastic.

The basic thing to understand is that in less time, you have more that you want.

There are cable operators offering Internet connections for Rs. 1000 a month, with Unlimited downloads, but what is the use, when the speed is hardly 1-2 kbps, and most of the time the internet lags. Ofcourse. I do agree for the Kazaa downloaders it surely makes sense to use this.

Overall, my suggestion is that if Internet has to be used for basic purposes, then nothing can beat SIFY BROADBAND, and for its price, it is a bargain.

I would however, beware people with the use of other Broadband services, mainly DSL DISHNET. I am yet to figure out, which service is more useless as their's. Till Dishnet works it is fantastic, but, when it stops, you have actually got to break your head into the Customer Service people, to solve your problem, which may take upto 3-7 days to get resolved.

In all, use Sify Broadband, if you are quality concious, if not the cable guy next door is the best for you.
