Hi all!
i m a regular user of websites like ebay ,indiatimes etc...i dont know what came in my mind ...i thought to explore rediff shopping site.
Well, I tried to buy something of small value first just to chk the shopping experience...so I bought ''Set of 2 Original Harley Davidson T-Shirts''...order no.2850059
The payment was made by credit card and somehow after 5-6 days I got the products.
The t-shirts I ordered were XXL sized whereas what I got were XL....i complaint to rediff customer care people 2-3 times by filling those irritating forms again and again....but it seems they dont care for their customers at all...what they need is just money and their commision from the seller....they even dont want to know the satisfaction level of buyer once the deal is completed from their end..
Anyways, the problem was not only of size...when I opened these T-shirts the rubber print on these was badly damaged as if the seller has used these for washing his bike first and then sended these...
The overall experience was irritating and I want to kick myself for ordering from this site....the only good thing that happened by luck is that order value was small i.e under rs 500/-
so, my advice to all friends ...better buy from city's footpath than buying on rediff shopping.
