I had ordered 8 LED bulbs through rediff shopping. They arrived and I paid for them. On installation they ALL BURNT OUT IN FOUR DAYS. I have been using LED bulbs purchased from the market in my house and they provide excellent service. On purchase the dealer makes a mark to indicate date of purchase on the bulb. All bulbs have lasted for more than 18 months.
One bulb burnt out, but was promptly replaced by the dealer. I reported the matter of burnt bulbs purchased through rediff to rediff shopping. Some idiot called Rahul, states that the complaint should have reached him within 48 hours of my receiving the parcel. HOW STUPID IS THAT. Was I supposed to make a complaint about the bulbs based on a visual examination. REDIFF SHOPPING IS ANOTHER SCAM.
