Hello friends, I have share some experience on the ShopClues . I had a very bad experience with the online shopping aap ShopClues. I placed an order of 1500rs through websites mediate encounter by selected few products and placing them and paying for the same by card . After few weak I received the product which was defected so I uploaded a request but the customer service is not helping me they try to make me fool . As they do not respond to the customer so the zone of tolerance of the consumer might go adequate and hence file a complaint against them. The website and the app are to bad as his product. The service marketing of ShopClues is very poor indeed. I would not suggesting anyone to buy from such froud sites.
