I used this app once and that's the worst experience ever. I order a mobile using Shopclues app and they delivered in time, but they deliver the wrong product. It happened 1 year before. And booked for return the product and refund or replace the order. But they still didn't get return the product.
Customer Service
The worst customer service, They are not respond to the customer didn't listen to what we need. I called the customer care and they didn't answer my question properly.
Product Quality
It's not good in the website and the application, I will never purchase any other product in this shopeclues.
Delivery Timeliness
They deliver the product on time. Shopeclues is best in deliver the product. But they are not good at get return the product.
App & Websites
The look of the application and the outline is nice to look. and the website is good to, but what is use in this the quality is worst and the customer service is not good.
I suggest not to get any product from this website.
