Hii guys im sagar. Today I would like to share my personal experience with shopclues. I had a very bad experience with the online shopping app shopcules.
I place in 2 order with the same date.
#1: Decor set 7 double bedsheets with 14 pillow cover &
#2: non stick induction safe cookware 5 pec.
After few week I received the product which was very very bad quality and many defected so I uploaded a return request to shopclues but they have not taken any actoin. So I called up their customer care number but no one responded the call.
The service marketing of shopclues is very poor. My personal experience with the site was very very bad. I would not suggest anyone to buy from such fraud shopping site.
