I dont know very well about the shell. but what I think I want to share it with you guys. shell is not a production company it is a seller company or provides services to the customers. it is concerned with upstream products in petrochemicals. nowadys it has lost its identity I think its streategy is not working properly. a strong strategy depens upon the sincerity of employees. the matter of fact is that employee can be ready to work sinecrily and in a proper way when his/her desires are meet fully. a handsome amount of package and many bonuses.
