SBI Silver Credit Card is just your average credit card, with basic reward points. It comes with a Joining Fee of Rs. 275.
Now the kicker. When I signed up, I was told there would be no annual fees if my card usage is atleast Rs. 25, 000. A year later, even though I well exceeded that amount, I have been assessed an Annual Fee of Rs. 275. I am trying to resolve this issue with their Customer Service. But from my experience with how they drag their feet, things might not end favourably.
So, in a market where free cards are available with rewards, what makes SBI's card stand out? The answer is simple. Nothing!
