I have been using satyamonline dial up for the last 2 1/2 years. It has improved a lot. When I started , I had a lot of problems. Now the service has improved very much, especially, in Hyderabad I find that the people in the service side are very co-operative. The look of the site also has undergone a drastic change.
We were able to install and unstall and set right a lot of problems over phone, especially when we were not able to unload email messages, the service guys were very helpful and also knowledgable. I was a little bit upset when we installed. But now they provide very good service.It is worth going for Satyam.
