How can a phone last only 3 months? It seemed to be a good choice until I started receiving complaints that my voice was not being heard clearly (a lot of crackling and disturbance) on the other side, in spite of having a strong signal. This was less than three months after purchasing the instrument. I will be contacting to the store of purchase or taking it to the nearest Authorized Samsung Service Center next weekend. I had to buy a replacement Nokia phone because there is no Authorized Samsung Service Center in Cochin, according to Samsung.
So, will I be able to return my phone or get a replacement, or just get the instrument fixed? The former is just wishful thinking, I guess.
