Is there a place in Delhi called ''Rodes'' ? Anyway this review is about Rodeo's, a bar located in CP Cannaught Place(Central Delhi). The bar has a 'wild west' theme and though the restaurant just got a make over, yet it still retains the feel of an old saloon. The waiters in the restaurant are dressed as cowboys and the service is quite average.
In my college day, it was the meeting place for me and my friends since that is the only place I could ever find in CP. (If you've ever been there, you know what am talking about.). The drinks are reasonably priced and there's enough to choose from unless you are really fussy about what you drink. Though I personally have not bothered ordering food, you can relish nachos and salsa (an indianized version) with your drinks besides other starters. The restaurant/bar also has a lunch buffet, you can choose from various kinds of salads to Pasta and some Mexican dishes. The ambience is about 'average' and thankfully the lighting is not too bad. It is the kind of place where you can really talk over a couple of drinks. If you care about the music playing in the background and really need some head-banging music to go with your beer then I would not recommend this place. Rodeo's is a boring little place which offers clean good fun to those who just like to unwind with a good drink. So next time you want to meet up with some friends you really care to 'talk to' then head to this bar and chill out over a couple of cocktails or a cold beer.
I would write more but unfortunately almost everything about this place is quite average, nothing much to rave about.
