Never go for Reliance Netconnect. Review on Reliance Netconnect

I don't know how reliance claims that  its India's no1 highspeed internet service provider. I am using datacard since last four month and the maximum speed I got is 120 kbps. If try to download some file speed will be 6 kbps. It takes about 5 min to download a simple 2mb file. Regarding the customer service its also worst. No one bother to solve the problem.

They have always stupid excuses. Today I called customer care to ask why I am getting he poor speed they simply tell me that there is some network upgradation is going on in your area so why you are not getting speed, this will be resolved asap. I asked asap means, is there any SLA. They told me SLA is 31 Aug. Now I asked him that I am paying 900 per month to use the internet and if I am not getting speed then I should not make payment till 31 Aug. The CCE was just repeating the same thing again and again, he didn't replied on my concern that what should I do.

Recently since more than a month I was not able to us HSD mode. I thought that this would be a temporary problem but after a month when nothing happened I called customer care and they told me that HSD mode is deactivated on my number and they don't have any answer that why this happened. After few days I went out of station for some meeting. When tried to use my internet in front of 20 person my net didn't work, error was remote computer ended the connection, When I called customer care they told me that roaming is not activated on my number. I asked them that did I asked to deactivate my roaming again they don't have any answer.

I will never advise any one to buy Reliance Netconnect. You will get better speed in 98 rupee plan on any of GSM service provider.
