Whenever I connect *333 on my Reliance India Mobile I find myself in a CALL CENTRE at Mumbai. In fact they have nothing to solve our problem except few READY-MADE answers. Its very disgusting when you seek any type of help from them. They very simply answer you that “YOUR COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN LODGED AND OUR ENGINEERS/ EXPERTS ARE TRYING TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM. Even they don't know about the States' Capital cities like Hyderabad and Patna. They don’t know when they will start their services full-fledged. They conclude their session by saying ''RELIANCE KO CALL KARNE KE LIYE DHANYAWAD, AAPKAA DIN MANGLMAY HO'' even in the LATE NIGHTS.
