I have used jio sim since 2 years. At first I was very happy about its service. Networ was very good and also its internet speed was fast. Then I spend money for it easily.
Network: But now a days it network becomes very poor. Internet speed is too slow to open any website speed. Out of daily 1.5 GB net I cannot use even 1.5 MB. I am feeling so disturbed for its slow speed.
Customer service: I wanted to contact its customer service. But they are not active at all. And don't give any solution and care my problem. In this time I call almost 4 to 5 times jio complain section. But being upset I decide to use other network.
Recharge amount : If it works properly then recharge amount is not expesive. But as its service and network are very bad then I think I just waste my money to recharge my jio sim. I am very disappointed and disturbed by using it.
