Everyone in India is acquinted with jio network now. From the launch itself, jio gave us unlimited call, internet and sms etc with offers like Launch offer, Happy new year offer etc for more than a year. Jio 4g is the reason the sales of 4g smartphones in India saw a humongous growth last year.
I like everything about Jio starting from internet speed, high quality calling etc. The recharge plans are also very cheap when compared to airtel and other telecom companies.
I dont like its customer service. I had recharged with Rs 149 which offers 2gb net and unlimited calling for 28days. After recharging I could not make calls for 2days. Then I contacted their customer care but it took 2days for them to respond to my tweet and get my query sorted out. If you need quick support jio lacks that.
Thats the only thing I did not like avout jio.
