I have bought this product about 3 months ago. At first I was confused becoz of the number of options available in the market but now I am fully satisfied with my decision.The main benefit of this product is that it can store 5 l of water so in case of power failure u need not to worry.Its simple to use and customer service is excellent.Simple to use even my grand mother can fetch water from itAutomatic cutoff as 5 litre of water got filtered: it switch off automatically.The biggest problem I find in this product that is wastes water like hell. For filtering 5 L of water it wastes around 20 L of water.Suggestion: If u looking for a purifier under 10k go for it.And please reuse waste waterJAL HI JEEVAN H
