Few weeks back I went to their Noida restaurant to enjoy Punjabi Food and hospitality. But the experience was ruined by rude and unprofessional staff, not to mention the decline in their food standard (too oily & not authentic punjabi food taste)
I went to the restaurant with my old parents and young kids and asked for a non-smoking table. We are escorted to a basement area without proper ventilation. Midway during our meal, a couple occupied a nearby table and the patron started smoking. The cigarette smell was causing discomfort to my parents and kids, I requested the waiter to request the patron to stop smoking as its a non-smoking area. The waiter simply asked me to adjust as he did not want to offend the smoker.
We were disappointed and had to cut short our lunch.
Extremely unprofessional staff.
