Punjab national bank is one of the oldest bank established in the state of punjab and now it is a public pank under the scheme of nationalisation of the banks.
Every one says that to give money to public bank means total safety and no risk but according to me it doesn't means that private banks are fraud.
The major disadvantage which I have experienced as a customer of this bank are:
Staff : The staff of the PNB is very rude there behaviour is not so good, they do there own and not willing to do any work for there customers.
There is also no proper arrangements for the ATM, as there ATM'S are not available at every place, along with that there are large number of ATM'S which are not in operation and remain out of order.
Its major advantage are:
Internet facilities which help to operate your bank easily.
Phone banking which updates your all details very accurately and regularly.
Overall this bank is only average in its quality performance.
