I used to take protinex regularly for about 4 to 5 months. I was obsessed with venilla flavour. It tastes like ice cream with cold milk and it was a much enjoyed reward after a tiring workout. But it has been more than a year without it, main reason being it consists a lot of sugar. The amount of protien you get in very minimal compared to sugar you are consuming. Suger is more often than not cleverly disguised in marketing, you need to read the calorie chat carefully before buying anything.
