Practo experience of mine is not so great. At best it is a databank of doctors. Video call never works. You cannot hear the doctor. Reviews are not trust worthy.
Most of the time even the audio call does not work. Often doctors have to be contacted separately over their personal numbers.
Worst is there is no one at practo to talk to.
