I ordered Milton 27 liter water storage from the website. Product was not shipped in 3 days and I need it urgently so I cancelled the product and the representative told me that I will get cancellation confirmation for the same. I didn't get the cancellation confirmation and instead of get they shipped the product.
I called the customer care and they told me that the product will not come to me and they will call back from the courier company. It also didn't happened. And I received the product. As a matter of courtesy I accepted the product. And the real nightmare started then. I opened the product and I got a wrong defective product. I ordered 27 liter and got 20 liter storage product and the tap was leaking. Defective and wrong product after so much of pain.
I recommend do not got for shopping with pepperfry.com. They are not professional and will give you only pain.
