I have been using Paytm app for sometime now, and I have not been having any issues. Off late, my younger son has got hooked on to Hide and seek biscuits, and I have been getting the packet which says rs 15 paytm cash back. on scanning the barcode in paytm mall app, it totally rejects the barcode, saying it cannot be processed. this has happened not once or twice, but about 15 times, with 15 barcodes, of different companies, also I have tried it not only on my phone, but other mobiles also, thinking there was a problem with my scanner, but we got the same response with other phones also. This is cheating the customer, and I earnestly request all of you not to trust this app.
