Recently I bought a voucher from Paytm which contains additional gift vouchers.
I paid online and made the transaction. Paytm did not sent me the gift vouchers in any mail or message.
Post couple of days when I contacted their support team, they said that gift vouchers are already expired with their single liner emails. Whenever I responded with questions, they just provide me plain answer with one line.
As a customer, think that you were supposed to receive some voucher and when you ask them they said it's already expired, how do you feel about it?
More, support team looks like overburden of work so that they don't really care for their response.
For me it's a fraud.
