I personally having a experience of using a Paytm by their android app. They give enormous services including digital wallet, shopping, recharge, book movie tickets, pay bills etc but I am not satisfied with their security. Once I tried to book my movie tickets by using Paytm what happens is Money was deducted from my bank Paytm but my order failed where that money gone I waited to 3 to 4 days but that never came back to my wallet or in bank account. Online shopping is good but it never gives delivery on time, they don't have their own courier facilities, they hand over product to other courier partners to reach us which are very late in my experiences. Some products are really good but some are really very worst. They give services on both on their mobile application as well as on website but they both never satisfied me.
