I have given my Yamaha FZ16 in PACER YAMAHA MOTORS - HEBBAL- BANGALORE for Disk Break pad cleaning. After that My front wheel got jammed and it was not having free play. So I have shown this issue to the same dealer.
They asked me to leave the bike there. so that I left the bike in the morning and also informed them to adjust rear break. So evening I got a call and I went and checked the Bike, They are not even touch the bike. And as a excuse, they told me like, when they called me, Disc was working fine, now something happened. and They are told me if you are not satisfied with the current service we will reduce the 11 rupees service charge. Such a stupid reply and worst customer service.
I haven't ever seen this kind of people. Now I have taken back my bike, Still Disc is in same condition and keep slipping and rear break is almost at the end.
