There are lots of places to visit in this hill station. Main attractions include the Govt. Botanical garden, Rose garden, Ooty lake, Pykara lake, Emerald dam, Avalanche lake, Tea estate, Fern hills, Glenmorghan view point.etc. Boating in Pykara is a good experience. The water is very clear and you can enjoy the greenery around the lake. Ooty lake also has provisions for different boating options. We did 2-seater pedal boating. Glenmorghan view point is a very wonderful view point. You can enjoy the view of mist covered hills and the cool climate. The botanical garden has a very big green lawn and varieties of beautiful flowers. Ooty is a very good place to spend your holidays.
