I am surprised to know that service providers like ola cabs can be such a pain sometimes. It was 2 days ago when I booked a cab at around 9 oclock in the morning. The amount was deducted from my wallet, a call from the driver was confirmed and I waited for the cab to arrive. But the cab was canceled automatically, so I went ahead and booked a second cab which eventually failed to pick me up. I had to rush to office in a bus after waiting 30-35 minutes for my ola cab.
The worst part is when I called the customer service for the refund of money to my wallet. To my surprise I still did not receive my refund yet.
