I have been using different cab services in Gurugram. The last one I used was ola cabs when I had to go from Gurugram to Faridabad on the 26th December.I had a meeting arranged with a doctor and the appointment was fixed for 6 pm.I booked a cab and called the cab driver, The driver confirmed that he is on the way however did not turn up, I called him and he asked me the destination when I confirmed the destination.The driver was not happy and made a excuse that do not have enough Gas to travel and asked me to cancel the booking then I booked another cab and the driver wanted me to cancel again after knowing the destination.It took 30 minutes for me to finally got the third cab and I was late for my meeting.I was also charged a cancellation fee of Rs 25 on the second cancellation.The cab drivers have the leverage to manage the bookings according to their preferences.I am totally angry with their services and have lost trust.
