Recently I booked ola cabs from New delhi to Himachal Pradesh and I request for 6 seater innova car the expected price shown for the ride was rs14000 , but I want to share my experience and review ola cabs .
The cab driver was not at all experienced he was not aware of any route they whole was to be completed in around 9 hr but because of his inexperienced behaviour it took us 15hrs to reach the destination and total kms to travel were 500km but instead of that because the driver was not aware of the route we travelled around 590km which is 90km more than the actual distance to be traveled because of this the trip Costed me 3000rs more.
When I tried contacting the ola customer services they were not at all ready to listen my Complaint instead they clearly mentioned that its not our problem that the driver was not aware of the route.
Conclusion - I just want to tell you all that ola cabs do noy have experienced drivers and many a times this can lead you to serious problem.
The poor customer service is another problem which makes Ola cabs 0% safe.
