Hi friends, I live in chennai and I usually travel to many places and almost use taxi or bus service. once I thought of using OLA auto for going to my friends place. when I opened the app it showed autos in 2 mins. I requested for an auto and one of the auto driver accepted the request. when I called him to tell my pickup location he asked me my drop location and when I said him he denied from doing duty. if he wanted to deny service then why did he accept the request. it happened to me many times. and many times they ask 10 rs extra as service charge. and the drivers usually deny from going inside streets.my overall experience with OLA was never good. I would always prefer some other cabs than OLA.
