Pathetic site for beauty shopping!. Review on Nykaa

I got the link to this website through facebook which looked attractive and I got tempted to go and shop from their website. However, to my shock, I found the site so user unfriendly!

I almost had to stop surfing while I was searching for my products. They don't even have proper reviews for their products then what is the use of online shopping!

Also, their ad I saw on facebook showed me some good offers but I could not find the offer anywhere on the site. I called to check with the customer service which was another pain for me to handle.

I don't know why, such people are directly put on calls with customers who can't even speak their product names properly and they had no idea of what I am talking. Please first train your people well before customer gets furious!

Anyways, their loss.I will find other sites which offer similar range of products or even more with better design and service.

Nykaa only reduced my confidence on my belief on online shopping. grrrrr!
