Naaptol.com is a worst and very expensive online e-commerce shopping site. I recently order a smartwatch from Naaaptol.com and the price of the watch is Rs 1200. They take too much time to deliver the product as estimated time period and also they charge Rs 400 as delivery charges in the product.
After that I opened the package but the box did not contain the charging cable to charge the smartwatch. Then I call to the customer care and tell them about watch but they said that we are not responsible for this and we deliver the product on time.
After that incident I did not order any product from Naaptol.com.
So, this is my very bad experience with Naaptol.com and I want to aware you all that don't buy any product from Naaptol.com because they sell cheap quality products and also they charge too much delivery charge from their customers in every product. Also they take too much time to deliver the product as the given estimated time period to the customer.
