Myntra December Prize Victim. Review on Myntra

Around 200 assured winners in Myntra's December offer were promised to receive prizes on 26th Jan. I am one of them and every time I call them receive diff answer. Now finally today I came to know that they are not sure when they'll dispatch it.

I visited cyber crime cell in my city today and showed them all the invoices, emails and offer details from myntra and they advised me to send them a legal notice first and then I can file a complaint. I am sending a legal notice this week and filing FIR if failed to get my prize. I advise all other victims to seek help of cyber crime cell and inform local journalists after you file the complaint.

Someone mailed me if he can file a police complaint without serving legal notice. In my case I presented all the recordings of myntra where they are giving different excuses but not denying to send gift so they suggested to first serve time bound notice and on not complying file a complaint.

Lawyer suggested to send notice to director as well as investors of company so I find details of 3 VCs as well and I am serving notice to all 4.
