This recharge was done for my mother's mobile, Rs. 1000 talktime of recharge.

Airtel read this carefully and kindly refund me the money. You guys are biggest scammers for not providing clear information on your app at the time of recharging talktime of Rs. 1000. You mention "no validity", that means in simple english, no expiration for main account balance. There are no other restrictions mentioned aside of those two words. When called the customer service you are misleading and giving all contradictory information. You are forcing me to do another recharge of Rs. 99 to keep my main account balance active and to extend it's validity. I'm going to go legal against you. This will be published on all news channels and social media for people to be aware of your nonsensical mistake. You are just grabbing people's money by not writing clear information and restrictions on the pack. Kindly refund me the full amount of Rs.1000 into my source account how I paid or allow me to convert the main account balance into 1 year pack of Rs. 1799, I will pay the remaining amount of Rs. 1799 minus main account balance.
