I went to watch this film with zero expectations thanks to our critics.
To be very frank, this film is disappointing on many fronts( it's historical inaccuracy being on top of the list) but at the same time I have to admit that the movie had something in it that kept me glued to watch it. Maybe it was the story or the performances or whatever.
Hrithik Roshan has done a decent job as Sarman. Pooja Hegde was also good in the film and she looks extremely beautiful.
Kabir bedi for me was the best performer in the film.
The supporting cast of the film has also done an amazing role.
Ashutosh Gowariker has given a decent attempt to make a film on this subject and he should be appreciated for it.
What irritates you the most is the VFX used in the film. It appears plastic!
This plays a crucial role in films of such genre.
Be it the crocodile scene or the climax, its plain disappointing.
The background score is impressive especially during climax but the songs are sort of awful.
Obviously the film fails on many aspects but I would still insist viewers to give it a try.
