Mobikwik application is an application for online recharge or bill payment, but my experience with mobikwik is very bad as when I installed this application they show that you will get rupees 50 cashback on your first recharge and your payment should be from debit and credit card. As there instructions I make the payment through my debit card but it gets unsuccessful, they refund the money on my mobikwik account, but this refunded money is not useful for me now as through there instructions your payment should be done from debit and credit card to get cashback. Then I again use my debit card to recharge but they again disappointed me by showing the results as unsuccessful and I get my refund after 3days. The customer service is very poor.
