Long waiting hours to admit patient in emergency(minimum 2.5hrs to 3.0hrs)
One of the highest room charges for the semiprivate and private room(Semi private room: 8500Rs for each and 3 patient in that room, Private room: 15000Rs)
Long waiting hours to get semiprivate or private room(Approximately 4Hrs)
Total waiting hours to get room is approx 7Hrs(waiting for emergency+ waiting hours to get room), if you will take regular follow up to get room or standing in front of Dr. then only people will get the room in 7Hrs, otherwise it will take more than that.
- Cleaning was not up to the mark:
Dustbin was in open condition and small insect were flying above that dustbin. Cockroach problem in pediatric ward.
Only one time cleaning.
No facility available to clean the patient.
If patient was shifted ICU from Semi private or Private room, people has to vacate the room.
Where patient attender will go with the bags and other belongings. No answer for that.
Support staff behavior is very bad.
No support form administrative side. No one will give clear information.
Only one time Dr. will visit but no clear time, they can came any time in a day.
Conclusion: I felt, I am in government hospital but paying money like private hospital.
