I am Kaustubh recently came to US with the matrix connection and right in the first month they charged me a bill of about RS. 20, 000
I will summarize it in these points:
1) I was given a Rs. 4000 talktime bonus with my jet airways flight ticket which they now say is only Rs. 400
2) I am being charged for each and every toll free number I call here in US. Even customer service.
3) they say that they provide number of AT&T cellular of US but I am being charged for every free AT&T service.
4) When I call in AT&T office and tell my number they dont have it in their records.
5) I have some entries in my bill as below: number dialed mins charge
0 1.00 0.40 123456 2.00 0.80 and so on 6) the representative from whom I bought the SIM card is not answering my phone any more.
7) initially he used to say things like "dont get tensed", "everything will be adjusted later". but never told me anything about what would be charged and what would not.
8) when I called them and told them the above things they said they would mail me my new bill within 48 hrs. its a week now and I am still waiting for their 48 hrs. to finish
