Every single customer Representative at MMT just wants to give some random answer and hang up the call.
I have been trying to get my refund amount and every single time I call customer care I get multiple different answers as below.
your ticket is non refundable
refunded amount will be credited to your account in 90 days
refunded amount will be credited to your account in 14 days
you will only get credit shell
I still did not find the correct answer.
