The staff's approach felt impersonal, and my sister's recovery took nearly three months, which was concerning. It seemed like financial motives were prioritized over patient care.
While the hospital may have its strengths, our experience in this department left much to be desired. It's crucial for healthcare providers to balance professionalism with empathy, ensuring patients feel valued and supported throughout their treatment.
