Yesterday I booked an order. The amount was 599 and it was instantly deducted from my bank account. The order was for aarogyam package.
Till now I haven't got any tracking number, even though the order is booked and the money is deducted. The order number is -

I contacted the customer care and they are asking me to wait as they have some technical issues. I needed that package urgently and now they are asking me to wait. I asked them to refund the amount and the reply that it can't be done unless and until the tracking number is issued.
Worst service.
